LaunchQ provides a waitlist management platform that enables users ("Customers") to create, embed, and manage viral waitlists for their products. The Service includes a hosted signup page, an embeddable widget, referral mechanics, email automation, and a subscriber management dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where possible.
To use LaunchQ, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

You agree to use LaunchQ only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to LaunchQ, including waitlist configurations, subscriber lists, and email content ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant LaunchQ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Your Content, including ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your waitlist subscribers to collect and use their email addresses.
When you use LaunchQ to collect email addresses from your audience, you are the data controller under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). LaunchQ acts as a data processor on your behalf.
As the data controller, you are responsible for:
LaunchQ provides tools to help you comply — including one-click unsubscribe links in all emails and CSV export — but compliance responsibility remains with you.
LaunchQ's email sending features are provided via AWS SES. You agree not to use these features to send unsolicited email or to any subscribers who have not explicitly opted in.
We automatically suppress hard bounces, repeat soft bounces, and spam complaints. Continued sending to poor-quality lists may result in suspension of your email sending privileges or your account.
You are responsible for ensuring the content of your emails complies with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other applicable law in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your recipients.
LaunchQ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize LaunchQ (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Accounts with outstanding balances may be terminated after 30 days.
The free tier includes access to core features with the following limitations: 1 waitlist, up to 500 subscribers, and LaunchQ branding on subscriber-facing pages. Free tier limits may change with notice.
LaunchQ reserves the right to deactivate free accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more months, after providing 30 days notice via the registered email address.
LaunchQ and all related trademarks, logos, and service names are the exclusive property of LaunchQ. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
The LaunchQ platform, codebase, and all software are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on free plans. Paid plans include best-effort uptime with scheduled maintenance performed during low-traffic windows with advance notice where practical.
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Firebase, AWS, Netlify) or force majeure events.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LaunchQ in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaunchQ and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account from the dashboard Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your subscriber data before termination via the CSV export feature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered account holders of material changes via email at least 14 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
